Our goal is to align the strategy of our clients with our expertise in order to elevate and advance each educational entity we work with.  The tools and connections we have in education  are used to support and to guide educational entities in realising the full potential of their business.

STEP 1: REACH OUT

Our business approach is to immediately reach out to you. We take this opportunity to exchange information. This initial contact allows you to exchange with us an understanding of who you are and where you are located in the world. You will also get the chance to speak about the G.R.A.C.E. services you are interested in and have us answer any enquiries you may have.  


It gives us an opportunity to get a quick feel of your educational entity and share with you further service opportunities that you may be interested in.

By the end of this initial reach out we will organise to meet you in person for a visit.

STEP 2 : VISIT

​

Meeting you face to face allows us to connect and realise the vision and needs you have.  In this meeting we will discuss opportunities and prospects that will support your educational entity, allowing you to have your needs met whilst achieving the full potential of your business. 


This exchange will allow you to get a feel for who we are and what we stand for at G.R.A.C.E. You will be able to decide on whether or not you initially feel comfortable working with us and will allow us both to decide on whether we can cultivate a working relationship that will produce desired outcomes and results.

By the end of this initial meeting we will know what your needs are and will go back and discuss with our team the prospect of consulting, supporting and working with you. 

STEP 3 : ITP

We will send you an Initial Technical Proposal (ITP) e-mail confirming the following: 

​

1. Confirmation of our cooperation with you.  

2. The service opportunities we will be able to provide you. 

3. The time allotted to each service being completed.  

                        

This ITP clearly outlines what we discussed together in a more structured and official manner. After you respond accepting the ITP we prepare our Financial Technical Proposal (FTP). 

​

By the end of this ITP you will be able to clearly see the services we will be able to provide you with and this gives you the opportunity to confirm the services you require.

STEP 4 : FTP MEETING

​We will set up an appointment with you for our team to meet you and discuss the financial terms attached to each service that G.R.A.C.E. will be providing. 

​

At this stage educational entities have the opportunity to discuss payment terms and conditions and clarify any information before an agreement is signed between both parties. 

​

The FTP meeting is a Visual experience which will enable you to clearly see timelines of services, payments required and brief outlines and strategies regarding the activation of services in the proposed phases of working on your project. . 

​

By the end of this FTP meeting you will know the exact cost of each service and decide on which services you wish to purchase.

STEP 5 : MOA

​

Once we agree on the services and the financial terms of each service, we send you a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) contract. The MOA states all Terms and Conditions of Business, mutual expectations in terms of our working relationship and the services we will be providing. It also outlines all services and time frames for service deliverables.

 

Once the MOA is signed we immediately activate the services and start to work on the deliverables.
